Ensuring Safe Nightlife Across Bath
Bath Pubwatch connects local pubs, bars, and businesses to uphold safety and responsibility throughout the vibrant nightlife of Bath. Bath BID supports the Bath PubWatch scheme by funding DISC, a data-sharing and online crime reporting system.
Bath PubWatch is a local network established to support licensed venues across the city. Operating as a voluntary organisation, its primary goal is to reduce and prevent crime and anti-social behaviour, helping to create a safer and more secure environment for everyone.
The scheme is overseen by a dedicated management committee.
What is Bath PubWatch?
The PubWatch network is supported by the Bath BID, Avon & Somerset Police, Bath & North East Somerset Council and The City Pastors, and is made up of various members from across Bath. Members of PubWatch regularly meet and discuss issues relating to social responsibility, the safety of its regular customers and visitors to the area.
Bath BID funds the DISC system which allows PubWatch to operate an exclusion scheme for offenders across the city's PubWatch network. The system is also used to report and share intelligence across the membership.
There is a £100 + VAT annual fee for businesses to join Bath PubWatch. To find out more and to join, please click the button below.
